Health and Wellness — Fitness Classes

St. Matthew’s is blessed to be able to offer fitness classes at no charge to its members each Saturday at 9 a.m. in the Undercroft (large room downstairs from the parish hall). We will begin with yoga classes during November and December, centering our mind, body and spirit with the breath. Each class is 45 minutes in length; all fitness and experience levels are welcome and encouraged to participate. Bring your mat and a bottle of water.
